Card 1 (Red): Medical information card - front
Card 2 (White): Medical information card - back (medications, contacts, allergies)
Card 3 (Blue): ICE (In Case of Emergency) contacts
Card 4 (White): Additional medical notes and conditions

Tip: Print on cardstock for durability. Laminate if possible. Update whenever medications or contacts change.
